Add your own rules

One rule per line works best. These are layered on top of the defaults above.

e.g. Always include a clear next step in client emails. Never agree to deadlines shorter than 3 business days without flagging it. When drafting demand letters, always include the statute of limitations date prominently. Always end client communications with my direct phone number.
